1. Service Scope
Remote technical assistance provided by certified independent engineers.
Specific business results are not guaranteed.
2. Payment Policy
Full advance payment is required before support begins.
Funds are held until completion confirmation.
3. Job Completion
A job is completed when:
- Issue resolved, or
- Agreed work delivered, or
- No client response within 48 hours.
4. Refund Policy
Full refund if:
- Engineer cannot solve the issue
- Engineer unavailable
- Service not delivered in reasonable time
No refund if:
- Incorrect information provided
- Client denies access or cooperation
- Issue outside agreed scope
5. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, hardware damage, or ISP issues.
Client must maintain backups before support.
