4. Payment Release
Payment sent after:
- Client confirms completion, or
- 48 hours without dispute.
5. Suspension Policy
Engineers may be removed for:
- Poor quality work
- Missed jobs or inactivity
- Misconduct or fraud
6. Liability
Engineers are responsible for actions performed during support sessions.
